The evolution of this SIRhUS to a new paradigm of technological architecture is considered necessary that allows the accessibility, usability and security of the system to be substantially improved. In order to elaborate on the needs to be covered with the This contract details the main functional and technical tasks: •Analysis and consulting work to detect and address the needs for improvement in design, homogenization, expansion and improvement of functionalities and services, with the goal of significantly improving usability, fostering a more efficient user experience, and increasing productivity. •Software development tasks for the definition and implementation of an optimized architecture and framework robust, which incorporates advanced security measures, guaranteeing functional and regulatory coverage, as well as the capacity for agile adaptation to the needs of the Human Resources ecosystem of the General Administration of the Board of Andalusia.
