Description:
The purpose of this contract is the provision of the Management Service of the Territorial Judicial Archive of Malaga (hereinafter, AJTM).
The functions to be developed would be:
• The elaboration of studies Identification and assessment of types of procedures that are determined by the Ministry Judicial Archive Service, in accordance with Royal Decree 937/2003, of July 18, the order of July 7, 2000, which regulates the operation of the Andalusian Document Qualifying Commission, Document Qualifying Commission, (currently modified as a Andalusian commission for the valuation of documents, by virtue of Law 7/2011 of November 3 of documents, archives and
Andalusia Documentary Heritage) and the resolution of November 11, 2002, which approves the form for identification and studies assessment.
• The coordination, management, and control of ordinary documentation transfers of the different judicial bodies to the archive according to the transfer calendar approved for that purpose, all of which, following the indications of the person responsible for the contract, of the AJTM and of the lawyer/of the lawyer of the public administration responsible for the archive or the person who exercises these functions.
• The organization, description, installation and computer registration in the JARA application of each of the judicial files of the funds that are not treatment Archival
