In order to comply with the requirements collected in the first, second and third general security reviews of the Barcena dam, it is essential to undertake an action that allows to recover the complete operation of the background drains of this infrastructure. To do thisIt is required to have a construction project that defines and budgeted the actions to be carried out in order to meet such objective. Given the time elapsed since the drafting of the project available, and the circumstances that the markets of raw materials have stressed within that period,It makes it necessary to proceed to a detailed update of this project in terms of prices, which could also be used to optimize the technical solution that is proposed, in order to adapt it to the latest technologies that have been incorporated into the market in this time, as well as to improveStudies in relation to batimetry in the area of the mouth and the characterization of sediments.
