Description of the provision: Service of collection, reception and assistance of abandoned pets and pets, extracted/lost, helpless, injured or saved that are on the public road of the municipality of La Garriga or are decorated by the City Council of La Garriga, in accordance with the Garriga City Council,Obligations established in Legislative Decree 2/2008, of April 15, which approves the revised text of the Law on the Protection of Animals, and Law 7/2023, of March 28, Protection of the Rights and Welfare of Animals.In the provision of the service:- Domestic and pet animals abandoned, lost and evacuated (including cats of cats of less than 2 months and adult cats sociable)- The animals involved in administrative and/or judicial procedures- the animals that, by their general state and/or behavior, canTo be a risk to health or security.The contracted service also contemplates the execution of programs to promote the responsible possession of the host animals, which includes the promotion of the adoptions of these animals, the promotion of sterilization and the registrations in the animal census ofCompany.
