- Description of the service: The object of the contract is the contracting of the operating service of the bar of the municipal swimming pools of Aspa, at Carrer Portal de les Garrigues number 5, under the terms expressly described in this set of clauses administrative and the corresponding set of technical prescriptions. The operation of the service will be carried out through the service concession modality and the entrepreneur will manage the service at his own risk and chance, assuming the operational risk of demand, and will provide the personal and material means necessary for its development, in the terms described in this set of clauses and the corresponding PPT. The object of the contract includes the following services: 1. Opening and closing of the bar 2. Provision of bar service 3. Access control for users with a subscription 4. Ticket sales per day throughout the hours that the service is in operation 5. Cleaning, adaptation and maintenance of the facilities: bar, terrace, changing rooms, toilets, sun area.
