Description:
- The hiring of the control and monitoring service (lot 1) of the "maintenance and conservation contract of public lighting and municipal ownership buildings" (lots 2 and 3).
- The provision of the maintenance and conservation service of lighting facilities Public that appear in Annex I of the PPT (lot 2), which are owned by the City Council of the Pobla de Farnals or may be during the time of validity of the contract.
- The provision of the conservation, maintenance and repair service of electrical installations and special facilities (Computer and data computer networks facilities) in the buildings with their corresponding structures and SAI, and transformation centers, as well as other municipal ownership facilities or that can be incorporated throughout the validity of the contract, described in Annex 3 of the PPT of (Lot 3), as well as the realization of periodic reviews in the cataloged buildings for public use, in accordance with the conditions established in this specifications and with the current regulations.
