Description of the provision: It is the object of the contract The ecological dining service with criteria of social and environmental sustainability, of the Can Vila Special Education School (EMEECV), the Special Work Center Alborada Workshop (CET) and the Occupational Center of the Forest (CO), managedFor the IMSD, which buy the following benefits: -The supply of mostly organic and local food products, kitchen utensils and cleaning items needed for the operation of services at the centers.and its preparation in the cookers of the centers by specialized staff of the successful bidder, agreed with the direction of the IMSD.-The preparation of the dining room tables before the meals, in order to guarantee the correct hygiene of all the utensils. -The cleaning and maintenance of theCooking and dining rooms of the centers, in order to maintain spaces and equipment in perfect condition, one of the purpose of this contract is also to enhance economic development and employment in the agri -food sector of the region in order to improve the quality of life of the population andSpread the culture of joint work as a way to optimize resources and maximize results.
