Description:
The object of the contract consists in the drafting of the Special Plan and the Construction Project of the New Station on Metro Line 10, in the Camp neighborhood, in the municipality of Madrid.
The project will contemplate the execution of the new station.
The works it includes are:
- The Drafting of the Special Plan in accordance with the guidelines indicated in articles 50 and 67.1 of Law 9/2001, of July 17, of the land, of the Community of Madrid, and its modifications and all that urban, environmental and sector regulations that are applied by the territorial scope of the Plan Special, and the compendium of the urban norms of the general plan of each municipality, and its modifications; the selection of alternatives, and the necessary documentation for environmental processing, where appropriate, according to Law 21/2013 of Environmental Impact Evaluation and incorporate the modifications precise for approval.
- The drafting of the constructive project, in accordance with the detailed regulations in the specific technical prescriptions (PPTP) and the realization of all the previous diagnostic works of the current situation, necessary for the selection and definition of the Constructive solution to be developed through the drafting of the construction project and the elaboration of the documents that compose it: Memory together with its annexes, plans, specifications, measurements and budget, as well as incorporating the precise modifications for approval.
