Description:
The contract will be executed under the direction of the worker belonging to the Autonomous Organization of Social Services of the City Council of Mieres that exerts the functions of the management of the Valle del Caudal residence that, as responsible for the contract, will exercise the functions of management, Inspection and control of the execution that correspond to the contracting body, supervising its execution with strict subjection to the provisions of the specific administrative clauses and technical prescriptions, will verify compliance with the established deadlines, and adopt the decisions and dictate the necessary instructions in order to ensure the correct realization of the agreed benefit, within the scope of powers attributed by the contracting body, among which are expressly included in the powers of inspection and requirement of the requirement of the information that it deems timely for the correct control of it.
