Description of the provision: The City Council of Lleida proposes alienation through an open procedure, by competition, with various criteria of valuation, and the system of ordinary processing, the sale of 2 plots of heritage nature, attached to the municipal heritage of land and housing.Specific: -lot 1: corresponding to the plot 14 located in the SUR sector 35, of a patrimonial nature that is a member of the municipal heritage of land and housing, as a transfer of 10% of urban development.-Lot 2: corresponding to the plot located in the polygon of urban urban action UA 66, in theCalle Narcis Monturiol, 3, of a heritage nature of the municipal heritage of land and housing, as a transfer of 10% of useurban planning.
