- The purpose of this contracting is the provision of the service of compulsory school transport and, not mandatory of the Valles Occidental, managed by the County Council of the Valles Occidental (hereinafter County Council), every school calendar school that the Department of EducationEstablish for each course, except for force majeure, so that the students are transported to the schools specified in annexes A and B of the PCAP.
