Description:
Description of the provision: The object of this tender is the provision of the specialized cleaning and hygiene service for the premises owned by the Regional Council of Alt Penedès. These specialized cleaning services for buildings and offices with risk of falling from heights will be carried out in different parts of the buildings that are not accessible by the people who carry out the daily cleaning, which is detailed below: • Cleaning of elevated places: glass, screens, lights, shutters, niches, cornices decorative and ceiling moldings and high parts of the facilities that are not covered by the usual cleaning equipment, Can Freixedas basement archive.•Mechanical or manual treatment of porous floors. Annual polishing treatment of porous soils from Casa Jané are used for offices and must have a matte finish. Can Freixedas Building: Plenary Hall and Gallery, 250 m2. Casa Jané building: Ground floor and first floor, 350 m2.•Cleaning of Can Freixedas solar photovoltaic panels. • Supply, periodic emptying and cleaning of hygienic containers.
