• Description:
• Description of the service: The object of the competition is the administrative concession for the private use of a municipal asset, classified as public domain, and intended for a bar. The activity will be provided in the building on which the concession is granted, located in the Plaza 1 October s/nº, with an approximate area of ​​100 m2 (including terrace). The destination of the good will be solely and exclusively the development of activities specific to a bar. These uses must be maintained throughout the duration of the concession this procedure, the right to occupy privately and exclusively the bar facilities of the Bellpuig municipal swimming pools will be awarded in order to proceed with their exploitation. The contract includes the following benefits for part of the contractor: •Operation of the bar service of the municipal swimming pools. • Access control to municipal swimming pools. •Sales of individual daily tickets in favor of the City Council. • Daily cleaning of all the facilities (bar, terraces, dressing rooms and bathrooms). The space includes the outdoor terrace and the interior spaces of the dressing rooms, medicine cabinet and toilets.
