Description of the provision: The object of the contract will consist of the provision of the Feline Colonial Control Service Sant Andreu de la Barca through the CER method (capture, sterilization and return) that consists of the live capture of the colony cats by the authorized peopleFor the City Council, the review of its health status carried out by a veterinary person, vaccination, deworming, sterilization of cats and cats, the identification of animals through microchip in the name of the City Council and registering in the Anicom, the marking in the form of V in the ear (leftin the males and right in the females), and the return to the colony. The clinical actions that will be taken at the Veterinary Center, following the protocol of action for the sanitation and the reintroduction of cats in controlled colonies, are those that are specified in section A in the table of characteristicsof the specifications of private administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions. The service subject to the contract contemplates the collection of cats to the point of capture to take to the veterinary center, or point that agrees within the municipality and return of the veterinary center to the colony or to the point thatIt is agreed in the municipality.The veterinary service, exceptional, in cases of emergencies must be provided throughout the days of the year, and 24 hours of the day, the collection service to carry out the castration will be, at least, from Monday to Saturday, in the morning (from 10.00 to 14.00) and ofdil...
