- This specifications is the subject of the contract promoted by the City of Sant Feliu de Codines, consisting of the provision of the professional services necessary for the drafting of the basic and executive project derreurbanization of the Josep Umbert Ventura Square and its immediate environment, including the Placeta between Calle Doctor Miquel Vila and La Crossing, as well as all the complementary technical actions essential for its execution.
In addition to the drafting of the aforementioned projects, the successful bidder will have to assume the following specific benefits:
-The writing of the Mandatory Health and Safety Study, in accordance with the regulations for the prevention of occupational risks and the conditions of the work.
-The elaboration of the quality control plan of the projected work.
-The complete optional direction of the works, including the work direction, the material execution direction And Health and Safety Coordination during the execution phase.
-The preparation of a physical model at 1: 100 of the proposal, with a sufficient level of definition for its public exposure and for the technical support for decision -making.
