- This plea is the subject of the contract promoted by the City of Sant Pere de Ribes for the provision of the operating and dynamization services of the Picnic bar of the Vilanoveta picnic, as well as the management services of the use of the barbecues and the tables of table Sports area, under the type of concession, and in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the particular technical prescriptions, for which the adjudicator will exploit the service by assuming the transfer of operational risk, in accordance with the one established in art. 15 of the law 9/2017, of November 8, of public sector contracts (hereinafter, LCSP).
