The Repro system is managed by Achilles South Europe, S. L. U. on behalf of the entities listed in section VI.3. These entities confirm that they will use Repro as a common system for the registration of their suppliers, providers and contractors which is managed and administered by Achilles South Europe, S. L. U. This announcement describes the products, services and works for which they may use Repro when a need arises in relation to them. To find out all the categories of products and services included in the repro code, you can request the code of products and services to the address indicated in section I.1. The aforementioned entities may use Repro to contract all the products, services and works contemplated in Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, of 4.2.2020, which transposes into Spanish law the Directive Directive 2014/25/EU on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors (hereinafter, Royal Decree-Law 3/2020), under the terms and conditions set out therein.
