Description:
The San Pedro Hospital has its own hospitality service, in which the different menus is made and distributed for patients admitted to the hospital and also for patients from other health centers dependent on the Riojan health service enabled for internal patients.
The elaboration of the food, therefore, is carried out in the hospital itself through a cold cooking line that guarantees that food is presented in optimal conditions, preserving all its biological and organoleptic properties.
The technical characteristics ofthe products object of the contract are in the specifications of technical prescriptions.
