• Description:
• In compliance with the principles of necessity, suitability and efficiency established in article 28 of the LCSP, the nature and extent of the needs that are intended to be covered by the execution of this contract fall within the scope of the functions and powers attributed to this Management Center, precisely determining the suitability of the object and content of the contract in the Technical Prescription Document. The purpose of the contract is the supply of sports equipment for the members of the Castilian and Leonese regional sports teams participating in Spanish or European Championships during the year 2026 and thus promote high-competition sport among our athletes and national team teams. The Federations Deportivas de Castilla y León attend numerous Spanish and European Championships with their athletes, technicians and coaches throughout the year. These Federations have always demanded the need for equipment to attend these competitions, being a distinctive and unified image of its athletes and regional teams, as well as a way to show the identity and image of the Community of Castilla y León.
