- The purpose of the contract is the acquisition of binders for the mobile road maintenance brigades of the Girona Provincial Council. This supply will be used for the execution of surface treatments, in accordance with the conservation and conditioning or improvement program of the road safety of the road network of the Provincial Council of Girona, approved by the Government Board on March 17, 2025, as well as to be able to assist the municipalities in the surface treatment of the roads with which an agreement is established.
