Supply of cleaning, grooming and hygiene products for the Residential Center for the Elderly (CRPM) of Marchena (Seville), attached to the Territorial Delegation in Seville of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality
At the Residential Center for the Elderly (CRPM) of Marchena (Seville), attached to the Territorial Delegation in Seville for Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, Up to 56 elderly people reside there, among whom many have a physical condition that requires continued care from specialized personnel. To maintain the building, the facilities and the users in the necessary conditions of cleanliness and hygiene, the Center It has a staff of cleaning and accommodation staff, as well as a staff of nursing assistants, who are in charge of these tasks. To carry out their tasks correctly, they need to have cleaning and personal hygiene products, which to date have been acquired through the figure of the minor contract. With the publication of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, it is necessary to proceed with the contracting of these supplies through an open procedure, by virtue of the provisions of article 131 of the aforementioned Law.
