The purpose of this contract is the extension of the computing and storage infrastructure in The Data Process Center (CPD) of Augas de Galicia so that the digitalization projects it is carrying out can be carried out, as well as its safeguarding through backups.
Supply of computer infrastructure, storage and backup to projects of Digital Transition of Augas de Galicia. Recovery, Transformation and Resilience - Financed by the European Union - NEXTGENERIONU.
The contract is the provision of the following infrastructure:
- Computing infrastructure, through seven (7) servers that allow Expand the capabilities that Avas de Galicia already has and prepared for the installation of graphics cards (Graphics Processing Unit), for use in artificial intelligence projects.
- Storage infrastructure, by means of a block storage cabin provided with discs With NVME technology (No-Volatile Memory Express) that provides, at least, 115TB of net storage (without applying compression technologies deduplication or any other optimization), which allows its extension in the future, has compression and deduplication technology.
