Supply of Console, Probe and automatic changer for 600 MHz MRI equipment (Financed by MCIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033/UE.FEDER action INFR/04, concession file ECQ2024-008569-P (FEDER co-financing of 60% and 40% from the State Research Agency) and financed by R&D&i Agreement 2025/2026 XUNTA GALICIA)
The contest, through an open procedure, aims to update and improve the 600 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer that is part of the infrastructure of the CACTI Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Unit. The equipment we have was installed in 2001 and since then it has been providing service to this University and to Public Research Organizations and companies from across the peninsula that have requested it. The evolution that the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance technique has experienced in recent years means that the equipment we have installed has very limited performance by current standards. Since the acquisition of the system, elements such as linear frequency generators, cryogenic probes, etc. have been developed and implemented in this technology. These elements mean that in terms of sensitivity we are working with a team that is well below standards. current and therefore providing data to our users who do not extract from their samples all the information that the current state of the art is capable of providing.
