Description:
Description of the service: The Martorelles City Council has a trailer - float whose purpose is to accompany the municipal parades such as the Cavalcada de Reis. The object of the contract is the supply of decorative elements for the float Magi as well as its assembly and disassembly in order to furnish it scenographically and to serve as the "Royal Chariot of SSMM the Kings of the Orient" in the cavalcade of 2026. The contract price includes the following elements, the characteristics of which are the minimums that the offers must meet:  Decorative fabric to place skirts around its perimeter and cover the sides of the stairs where SSMM are sitting. A carpet 1 meter wide and 10 mts  A camel-type scenographic element of a size approximately 185cm x 215cm x 76cm  Two gasoline electric generators to provide the scenography with 3000W electrical power  Focus and poles to support them to illuminate the float from the corners and the staircase  LED strips for decoration  System of sound system of at least 500w to reproduce sound and music with a player and microphone  Other decorative elements with motifs specific to the festival of kings  Assembly and disassembly devices and durable rigid "flycase" boxes for storage for all scenography elements of the carriage All scenographic elements must provide for easy and durable disassembly and storage.
