Description:
The need and suitability that is intended to be satisfied through
this contract, and under article 28 of the
LCSP, lies fundamentally in covering the supply of
electrical energy from the different supply points,
complying with the regulations regarding electricity,
forcing themselves to contract in a liberalized market
electrical energy with the marketing company, which will act
as agent of the City Council and will assume management of
