• The purpose of the contract is the supply, implementation, hosting and maintenance of a comprehensive technological solution for the management of the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (BOPMA), the official newspaper of the Provincial Council of Malaga (hereinafter DIPUTATION) in which provisions are published. and acts of a different nature in accordance with current legislation.
  This technological solution must allow the management of advertisements and their daily publication, including access to the software, licenses, accessories, necessary infrastructure, as well as the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the system. throughout the duration of the contract and its eventual extensions.
  The BOPMA is expressly configured as a provincial public service, competence of the DEPUTATION, which is responsible for its editing and management. Managed by the Malaga Provincial Council Publishing Center (in forward CEDMA).
  The following features are included:
  - Provide the comprehensive technological solution for the management and processing of newsletters published by DIPUTACION. It is configured as a main provision and whose nature falls within the supply contract (Art 16 LCSP). Includes the implementation of the solution (put into production,
