The high-resolution confocal microscope allows the detection and acquisition of images of elements smaller than the standard resolution obtained by conventional confocal microscopy (250 nm), performing this acquisition in a reduced time, avoiding phototoxicity induced in cells such as consequence of their evaluation under high-power lasers. This allows the evaluation of biological processes without technical alterations. One of the key benefits of this equipment is that it allows the acquisition of live cell images when associated with an incubation system with temperature control and gases necessary to maintain the cells in conditions that allow their proliferation and maintenance of their physiological properties without being altered by the technique. used for capturing images.
