Description of the service: The object of the contract is the contracting of the supply, installation and start-up of a network of eco-meters for the monitoring of the load capacity on the Maresme cycling network, including the automatic sending of data, online consultation in real time, development and implementation of an open-source platform for its management and training on its operation.
