SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF AN ULTRA-FAST HEATING SYSTEM FOR SUBSTRATES USING CO2 LASER COMPATIBLE WITH THE DEPOSITION PROCESS USING LASER ABLATION FOR THE INSTITUT CATALÀ DE NANOCIÈNCIA I NANOTECNOLOGIA (ICN2) Description of The purpose of this tender is the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of one (1) ultrafast substrate heating system using CO2 laser compatible with the laser ablation deposition process. This instrument must be delivered and installed at the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2). The instrument requirements are described in the text below. A) The specifications described here represent the minimum requirements for the instrument.B)Any equipment or software that exceeds the specifications defined in the technical specifications will not be considered essential for the full operation of the instrument and should be considered optional. The Supplier must specify what equipment or Optional software is included in your offer.C)The Supplier shall assume responsibility for the complete instrument, regardless of the manufacturer of its individual parts.
