The object of this contract consists of the supply and installation of a 9.39 T (400 MHZ) NMR spectrometer with the necessary accessories for online monitoring of reactions (flow NMR), located in the Resonance and Magnetisms Unit, Magnetic Measurements Laboratory of the Scientific Centers and Technological Studies of the University of Barcelona, which will have to comply with the requirements established in clause 3 of the technical specifications (from now on PPT). The object contains the following elements: -Magnet. -Console. -Probe. -Robot by automatic sample sampling, and -Accessories for online monitoring of reactions (flow NMR). -Equipment control computer. -Software and software licenses. The object of the contract also includes the transportation, installation and commissioning operation of each of the elements of the instrument set subject to the contract necessary to guarantee its correct functioning, as well as the use, technical and maintenance manuals. Once the equipment is installed and verified, there will be a training period both in the correct and optimal use of the functionally directed to the personnel of the Resonance and Magnetism Unit with special emphasis on the online reaction monitoring module. The guarantee for the lambs supplied is 1 year. Within the scope of the contract there is an after-sales service, throughout the warranty period.
