Description:
Description of the service: The object of this contract is the supply, installation, configuration and subsequent official support of two pieces of equipment, one for data storage and the other for backups, for the Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2). This is a turnkey project, and its objective is to: • Replace the current NetApp FAS2554 cabin, which stores all the ICN2 files. • Physically install the new cabins, with their corresponding cabling.•Configure the cabins for correct operation, maintaining IP's, equipment names, etc. in the case of replacing the current NetApp FAS2554 cabin, so that the change is completely transparent for the user.•Configure the other cabin nova to back up the data of the new cabin that will replace the FAS2554 with a backup schedule defined by the ICN2.
