• Description:
• The purpose of this procedure is the leasing of vehicles (renting), including its maintenance and insurance. It is therefore a mixed contract, in accordance with articles 18 and 34.2 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP) as it contains benefits inherent to the supply contract (vehicle leasing in accordance with article 16.1) and the service contract (maintenance and insurance in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP). Contract subject to harmonized regulation The supply is one of those contemplated in article 16.3.a) of the LCSP, in which the businessman is obliged to deliver a plurality of goods successively and for a unit price. The total number of deliveries or services included in the object of the contract is not defined exactly at the time of its conclusion, so a maximum budget is approved. HE divides the contract into different Lots, based on the type of vehicles. In this way, a representative table of the estimated units for each Lot, and the minimum units, is established in the PCAP. Tourism: Passenger vehicle with gasoline, diesel, hybrid or hybrid engine plug-in 5-seater vehicles, equipped with four doors and a tailgate, equipped with a diesel engine with a minimum of 90 HP.
