• Supply, in managed cloud mode, of licenses for the corporate data analytics platform, with the necessary infrastructure for its operation in production and development environments. Supply, in managed cloud mode, of licenses for the corporate data analytics platform, with the necessary infrastructure for its operation in production and development environments, the management service, software updates and support, as well as the provision of services migration and implementation partners and specialized support consulting. The purpose of the contract is to guarantee the continuity of the corporate data analytics services currently implemented in on-premise mode, as well as their modernization and technological evolution through its transition to a managed cloud modality. The supply in cloud mode that is the subject of this contract includes, within the price of the right to use the licenses, the provision of the infrastructure necessary for the operation of the platform in differentiated production and development environments, the comprehensive management service, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, periodic software updates, third-party software necessary to its operation, specialized technical support, continuous monitoring of the service and the application of appropriate security measures, as well as the definition and compliance of service levels (SLA). Likewise, the contract includes the planning and execution of the migration from the current on-premise environment to the cloud mode, including configuration, parameterization, testing and commissioning tasks...
