Description:
Description of the service: Procurement of the supply, by renewal, of licenses to use the HCL Notes/Dominio software for the Barberà del Vallès Council, which appears in the attached table of characteristics (Annex 1). The division into lots of the object of this contract for the reasons justified in the reasoned technical report, in accordance with what is stipulated in art. 99.3 of the LCSP. The bidding and execution of the contract will be governed, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, by the Administrative Clauses individuals and the fold of technical prescriptions (PPP) (Anex 2).
