Supply of sports equipment, uniform pieces and backpacks for the students of the Course basic training for police officers 2025-26 and members of the instructor area of the Police School of Catalonia of the Public Security Institute of Catalonia.
Supply of sports equipment, uniform pieces and backpacks described in the related lots, intended for students of the Basic Training Course for Police Officers 2025-26 and members of the instructor area of the Police School of Catalonia of the Public Security Institute of Catalonia.
This is a supply contract according to article 16.3.a of Law 9/2017 of November 8 on public sector contracts. (LCSP) regulated in the thirty-third additional provision by the fact that the number of deliveries included in the object of the contract is subordinated to the needs of the students and therefore, the bidding budget is limiting and has a maximum character.
According to the article 99.3 LCSP, the division of the object of the contract into lots is foreseen:

Lot 2: Sports t-shirts
Lot 3: Sports shorts
Lot 4: Kimono pants
Lot 5: Teresian caps
Lot 6: Backpacks
