- Description of the service: The subject of this contract is the hiring of a case manager for the service that allows the simplification and optimization of the electronic administrative processes of the Ens, as well as the complex, integrated and efficient telematic relationship of citizens with the City Council. The services subject to contracting are: ο¨Horizontal services of Electronic Administration: Electronic Headquarters, registration assistance office, general electronic register, file management, processing circuits, signatory, collegiate bodies, official books, transparency, board of announcements, third parties, archival and documentary management. ο¨Regulated processing of procedures and automated services for querying and verifying data. ο¨Vertical applications: Electronic Procurement, Internal Control and Prior Appointment. ο¨Collaborative tools: Video conference service and messaging service. ο¨Certification and signature services in the cloud. ο¨Data analytics ο¨Interoperability services: Integrations with the AOC ο¨Security architecture: Compliance with the HIGH LEVEL National Security Scheme, audit system (Evidence Record Syntax). ο¨Mobile application for IOS operating systems and Android.ο¨Continuous training service ο¨Printing and wrapping service ο¨Hosting and custody of information. ο¨ File repository and database. ο¨Integration with the Application for the Corps of municipal vigilantes (DRAG).
