The purpose of this contract is the operating lease (renting), without a purchase option, of five (5) 12-meter-long 100% electric technology (BEV) urban buses (Category M3, Class I), for the renewal of the EMTUSA fleet. He object includes the provision of the comprehensive maintenance service (preventive and corrective) of the vehicles during the term of the contract, as well as the technical training of the personnel, expressly excluding repairs derived from non-existent accidents. attributable to warranty, vandalism or improper use, which will be subject to separate billing.
