Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the supply of various wooden elements for practices with real fire, practices of shoring in collapsed structures and practices of opening doors, of the School of Firefighters, Protection Civil and Rural Agents of Catalonia, of the Public Security Institute of Catalonia (hereafter, ISPC). It is a typical administrative supply contract given that according to article 16.3.a of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts (LCSP) regulated in the thirty-third additional provision due to the fact that the number of deliveries included in the object of the contract is subordinated to the needs of the ISPC and therefore, the tender budget is limiting and has the character of a maximum. Agree with Article 99.3 LCSP, the division of the object of the contract in lots:- Lot 1: agglomerated wooden boards and long slices of foot wood or fir. plywood plates and wooden wedges. The bidding companies, in accordance with their corporate purpose, may submit an offer for all the lots or one of them. In case of opting for the award of more than one lot, the tenderer must present the envelopes/electronic file A and B for each lot.
