Description:
The object of this file is the hiring of the Hardware Support and Maintenance Service Complete Care de HPE. This service is a set of active and reactive activities that will allow maximizing the safety, performance and availability of the HPE virtualization platform. The Definition of these is as follows:
* Proactive or preventive support: are actions aimed at preventing the appearance of critical situations, contributing to improve the quality and stability of the systems. These activities include advice and short -term orientation for approach problems that are not contemplated in the reactive activities of incident resolution. In addition, they cover requests for advisory assistance related to the design, development and implementation of the HPE systems that IAM uses. Also called preventive maintenance.
* Maintenance Corrective: They focus on the rapid and effective resolution of incidents and problems that manifest during the use of HPE products. These activities are designed to minimize the impact of the symptoms detected and guarantee operational continuity. Also called maintenance corrective.
