- Description of the provision: Contracting of surveillance, security and access control services in the Municipal Sports Facility of the Can Llobet summer swimming pools, located on Passeig Dr. Moragas 268-270, in the municipality of Barberà del Vallès. In specific to the summer swimming pools, entrances, changing rooms and common areas, which together with its CPV coding, appears in section A) of the attached table of characteristics (Annex 1). The defined contract is classified as a service contract in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, and is included in Annex IV of the same regulation (social services, health and related services), and the applicable legal regime is that provided for in arts. 308 et seq. of the LCSP. The bidding and execution of the contract will govern, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, the particular administrative clauses and the technical prescriptions (PPT) (Annex 2).
