Description:
In all its powers, the SEPIE also assumes the obligation to carry out the primary controls established by the European Commission in the National Agencies Guide for the management of the Erasmus+program. To this end, the hiring of external auditors services is required independent who carry out the audits of system, financial and documentary review to institutions and consortiums beneficiaries of Erasmus+ subsidy agreements, during the validity of the Erasmus+ program in the current period 2021-2027 and in the next Erasmus Bajo program the multiannual financial framework corresponding to the 2028-2035 period. The annex that contains the technical instructions for controls to the beneficiaries of Erasmus+ subsidies (Instructions for the National Agencies on Checks of Grant Beneficiaries Under Erasmus+) of the aforementioned Agencies Guide Nationals, which are published for each of the annual calls of the program, establishes that such audits must be carried out both on the management systems of the Erasmus+subsidies, as on the request of funds carried out by the institutions benefiting from the SEPIE in their reports in their reports in their reports Finals
