The regular interurban transport network of road travelers in Aragon is being subject of a deep transformation when the works aimed at the implementation of the contracts that will form a new concessional map will be currently under development. Given the complexity and heterogeneity of the works that will be necessary to undertake as part of the implementation process Of the new services, and given the shortage of the human resources that the administration has to deal with them, the need of the object of this contract arises, which seeks to obtain support and advice for the realization of all the works that are necessary to take to carried out the management of the new contracts and, at the same time, coordinate their execution with the implementation of all measures aimed at the modernization of public transport.
