Description of the benefit: On December 19, 2025, the Reus City Council was notified of the final decision on the granting of the financial path from the European Local Development Fund (FEDER) to the Integrated Action Plan (PAI) of The Integrated Local Development Strategy (EDIL) of Reus "Carrilet: revitalization and urban connection of the south of the city", for which the city is allocated €6,018,821, with a co-financing rate of 40%. The subject of this contract is the provision of the technical assistance service at the start of the project, in the configuration of the governance bases for its monitoring, based on the following actions: 1. technical support in the revision and adaptation of PAI2. initial work, necessary i required for the activation of PAI3. specialized advice on setting up the PAI
