Description of the provision: The main purpose of the commission is to advise ICAEN in legal matters in relation to the preparation of the Sector Territorial Plan for the implementation of renewable energy in Catalonia (plate), to collaborate in the preparation of the accompaniment regulationsof the plate and to elaborate the proposals of modification of the current regulatory framework to promote the development of renewable energy in Catalonia. In the global framework of development of the work of the saucer, the legal advice must allow to provide the maximum legal certainty to the Plan itself.Sectorial territorial, its accompaniment regulations and the regulatory modifications derived from it.
