Proexca needs to have an external technical assistance that provides support to the Office of Strategic Projects (hereinafter OPE) in its execution functions of the work entrusted by the General Directorate of Organic Coordination and Strategic Projects (hereinafter DGCOPE). This Technical assistance should be based on the impulse and support for the execution and monitoring of strategic projects, as well as in the key area referring to the digital transformation of public services and the update of the operational strategy of the Canarian economy (hereinafter EOIEC) Especially in regard to its two main aspects, the attraction of investments to the Canary Islands and the export. These two aspects, in addition, are increasingly interrelated, therefore, more if this review of the EOIEC is necessary
