• Description:
• The service covered by the contract will be technical assistance for the preparation of the MasterPlan of the North Business Center of Colmenar Viejo. Specifically, the following will be required: − Analysis of the Progress of the General Urban Planning Plan of Colmenar Viejo, from an ambitious perspective, to determine the potential use of the lands included in said Plan. −Design a space with the most attractive productive and commercial activities for the municipality. −Design the networks of public spaces, infrastructures and equipment that will be necessary to achieve the objective of this document. −Design an environmental plan to achieve the maximum possible sustainability, integrating the natural heritage of the municipality and ensuring that the municipality is a reference in the environmental field. −Determine a map with the areas and the recommended destination of each of them, taking into account urban, economic, legal and infrastructure viability aspects. −Viability of the project in economic terms, taking into account short, medium and long-term income, as well as the investments that need to be made. −Propose the management model of the Public Administration or, where appropriate, the public-private collaboration model. −Consider the criteria and European values ​​with the aim of becoming a benchmark in terms of sustainability, attracting investments and generating employment and wealth.
