The purpose of this contract is to have professional assistance to reinforce the digital identity area, starting with the administration and management of information systems until the improvement of users assistance through the functions of services management Cards issuance endings and digital certificates management.
This accuration accurates to have professional services to support the following functions:
- Installation, management and operation of systems and network elements of the public support key infrastructure of public key infrastructure and support systems.
- Specialized support for users and registration points.
- Management and operation of user-identification services for issuing qualified certificates.
- Management of personal certificates requests and not personal
- Administration of Systems, Networks and Perimeter Safety Equipment of ISTEC.
- user management and domain administration.
- Issuance of certificates, card printing, shipping and control management and associated administration activities.
- Documentation management relative to the issuance of digital certificates and user registration points and their operators.
