To support all these processes the different managing bodies of the General Directorate of Human Resources support in a setVery high of applications and computer systems installed in the centralized infrastructure of the Junta de Castilla y Leon and managed from the Computer Service of the Ministry of Education.
These applications are in continuous evolution, both by the annual adaptationsnecessary derived from the normative changes that affect the different processes, as by the set of corrective, evolutionary and adaptive developments that allow ensuring the proper functioning of the system as a whole and its adaptation to the organizational and operational criteria of themanaging services.
The staff of the computer service of the Ministry of Education is insufficient to undertake with guarantees the high volume of the necessary development tasks on said applications at the time requested by the management bodies owners of the owners of theSystems.
