- THE purpose of this Document is to establish the conditions that must govern the contracting of services for carrying out the Second Review and General Analysis of the Safety of the Los Alfilorios Dam, of the Cantabrian Hydrographic Confederation.
TECHNICAL BASIS DATA SHEET FOR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR CARRYING OUT THE SECOND REVIEW AND GENERAL ANALYSIS OF THE SAFETY OF THE LOS ALFILORIOS DAM. T.M. FROM RIBERA DE ARIBA (ASTURIAS)
The work to be carried out, which will be structured into several activities, will be the following:
1. Document review work (File technical file and First Review documents): A review of the existing documentation in the technical file will be carried out, checking its content and quality, determining its validity to evaluate the safety of the dam, since the content of the aforementioned documents must be the documentary basis for planning "on-site" inspection visits and safety reviews of the dam and its reservoir. The current situation will also be contrasted with that reflected in the First Review Report.
2. Carrying out a detailed "on-site" inspection of the work and its facilities, contrasting the information extracted from the Technical File with the reality of the dam and the reservoir, in order to verify that there are no deficiencies or signs of structural, hydraulic or operational weakness in the dam, its facilities, or the reservoir.
