- The purpose of this contract is to provide a technical-legal maintenance service and support for corrective maintenance at the facilities of the headquarters of the Territorial Delegation in Seville of Social Inclusion, Youth, Family and Equality, having as a goal to guarantee the availabilitypermanent of them at an optimal level of benefits and a correct exploitation cost. In any case, the provision of the service will include all the necessary operations of preventive maintenance and partially the corrective, to an amount stipulated in the specifications and distributedFor each lot, to ensure the best conservation of this administrative building and its facilities. The contract will include the periodic reviews that are required by the current regulations of mandatory compliance and the necessary repairs in case of breakdown.
